Inphodrive develops innovative solutions for verbal access to information. Combining its state-of-the-art  proprietary algorithms with advanced technologies for speech analysis and replication, Inphodrive creates a new world of vocal information and services for the consumer.

Inphodrive founders have realized that there is a growing need for providing the familiar Web browsing experience to the driver behind the wheel. It was obvious, however, that the solution should not compromise safety. It was obvious that only Vocal User Interface (VUI) can provide such a solution. Moreover, due to the fundamental difference between the display-based and the voice-based interaction, a special backend infrastructure should be created to bring this dream to reality.

Our product, Synphony™, allows people to utilize the time spent in the vehicle in the best possible way.  By listening to information of interest. By exchanging e-mails and communicating via social networks. By listening to music they really like. By using other exciting applications are yet to be created for the platform. All these exciting features are operated by natural verbal dialog between the system and the user. The user issues simple vocal commands to the system. The system replies in natural human voice and delivers the required content in audible form.

Inphodrive’s technology can be very appealing to other markets as well. One of these markets are the visually impaired. Members of this community require dynamic access to information about their surroundings, including transportation timetables, points of interest, local positioning/tracking using GPS, shopping, banking and even recreational activities. All these functions can be easily implemented using the same VUI infrastructure created for Synphony.

Founded in 2007, Inphodrive is a privately held company. The company’s voice-activated, interactive information access and delivery system is patent-pending.
